Reference Management & Journal Matching
Reference organization and journal selection support for scientific, academic, and veterinary manuscripts.
Services available
• Organizing and standardizing your reference list
• Checking consistency between in-text citations and references
• Identifying duplicate entries and missing bibliographic information
• Formatting citations and references for one agreed journal style
• Identifying potential journals based on your manuscript’s topic, article type, and intended audience
Reference management and journal matching can be requested separately or combined.
What you receive
For reference projects: a revised reference list and notes identifying unresolved citation issues.
For journal matching: a shortlist of potential journals with reasons for each suggestion, submission links, and relevant requirements. Publication fees are noted when publicly available.
The number of references and journal recommendations is agreed upon in your quote.
What to send
Your manuscript, current reference list, any reference-library export you have, and your preferred citation style or target journal. For journal matching, include your abstract, article type, publication goals, and any budget for publication fees.
How it works
We review your materials and confirm the scope before beginning. Missing information and questions requiring your input are flagged. Journal suggestions are assessed against the journal’s stated scope and submission requirements.
Pricing and turnaround
Each project receives a custom quote based on the number and condition of references, formatting requirements, depth of journal research, and deadline.
Scope
Journal recommendations do not guarantee acceptance. Full manuscript formatting, submission management, responses to reviewers, and publication fees are outside this service unless expressly included in your quote.
